You can manage actual or average balance budget figures by clicking Publish/Budgets in the administration area.
The screen will show all the budgets for the financial year.
You can double click and existing budget GL Line to add or edit a budget figure. Remember to click Save when you've made your changes.
You can filter between Actual and Average balances and use the Filter box to find specific GL lines.
Click "Add" to create a new budget for a GL line and make sure that you have selected Actual or Average in the filter to add the correct budget type.
When you've entered the new budgets scroll down and click Create.
